The company offers affordable, high-quality education through online, offline, and hybrid modes, helping young aspirants achieve their academic and competitive exam goals.

Objective


Mentors Eduserv partnered with Redrob to streamline and structure their hiring process, with an aim to reduce vetting time and improve overall recruitment efficiency. The company faced significant challenges as it expanded, including managing an increasing number of applications manually and dealing with the recent departure of its HR lead. Challenges

Mentors Eduserv faced several critical challenges in their recruitment process that impeded their ability to efficiently onboard qualified candidates.
