In 2024, RAC collaborated with Redrob with a clear objective: to streamline their recruitment process for the critical role of a Design Engineer within the manufacturing sector. This specialized position demanded a candidate with a deep understanding of composite materials and design, making the search particularly complex. The niche nature of the role further complicated the recruitment process, as the pool of qualified candidates was limited.
