Through its innovative Holozone Centers, OpEzee also introduces 3D holographic entertainment and gaming experiences, bringing an unprecedented level of immersion to audiences.

Therefore, with its pioneering technologies and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of 3D visualization, OpEzee continues to lead in delivering transformative experiences to a growing market.


Objective:


In mid-2024, OpEzee partnered with Redrob to optimize their recruitment for two pivotal roles: a Senior Project Manager and a Junior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager role demanded extensive experience in project management and team leadership, while the Junior Project Manager role aimed at sourcing fresh talent with growth potential. This company wanted to utilize Redrob’s recruitment expertise to source profiles for the Senior Project Manager. With this they also wanted to achieve significant organic reach for the Junior Project Manager, ensuring immediate needs for senior-level expertise and building a sustainable talent pipeline for the future.

This company on the upward trend was in want of a platform that could cater to their need of a robust workforce. Hence, they found Redrob to be their resolve.


Challenges:


One of the major setbacks that the company was facing was in sourcing and filling their job opening, which had been pending for several months. OpEzee was looking forward to hiring senior to fresher-level professionals. For the Senior Project Manager role, they required a highly specialized professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, presenting a time-sensitive and complex recruitment task due to the limited pool of qualified candidates.

Then for the Junior Project Manager role, they required attracting high-quality candidates who aligned with OpEzee’s operational and cultural values. Although the company attracted a high volume of applications for the Junior Project Manager role the challenge for them was to filter the right candidates in terms of effective candidate management.

Hence, we can say the company was swamped under the pressure of finding the best-fit candidate and also someone who aligned with the company’s values and goals.


Strategy:


After onboarding OpEzee with Redrob we assigned the company a dedicated POC who coordinated with the company through and through for their hiring needs.  We began the process by implementing a dedicated recruitment strategy to address the distinct needs of both roles. 

For the Senior Project Manager position, Redrob employed a Recruiter Access Plan model, focusing on precision-targeted recruitment to engage high-caliber professionals. This approach involved utilizing Redrob’s industry-specific network, premium job boards, and advanced headhunting techniques to identify candidates who met the company's technical and leadership requirements.

For the Junior Project Manager role, Redrob aimed to achieve maximum organic reach by utilizing targeted job postings on mainstream platforms, social media channels, and university career networks. The goal was to drive a high volume of qualified applications while maintaining a cost-effective process. Redrob’s advanced recruitment technology, including automated tools like Job Postings, Resume Parsing, and ATS, facilitated the efficient sorting of applications, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates were shortlisted. With Redrob, this company Generated 300+ quality applications for the Junior Project Manager position and about 100+ applications for the Senior Project Manager role.

The liberty to choose from a 3500+ assessment test library and the option to customize them based on their niche and distinct hiring requirements for the senior and junior positions were helpful to the company.
