SkillForge, is an EdTech company that trained 10,000+ students by offering mentor-led skilling programs. Through robust upskilling boot camps, they fill the gap between academic learning and industry demands, enabling learners with specialized skills such as coding, data science, and digital marketing. The programs provided a range of learning styles, offering self-paced courses and interactive mentor-led journeys that cater to the learner's preference. The EdTech company builds learners through consistent learning underscoring the importance of aligning education with real-world career opportunities, making them a leading name in the evolving tech education landscape. 

Challenges

SkillForge was preparing for a large-scale campus recruitment drive to hire Inside Sales candidates. The recruitment process required handling a large number of candidates and required CVs with candidate complete details, including phone numbers, to streamline evaluations and follow-ups. While they had a platform for job postings, the organization faced problems in effectively extracting and organizing candidate data to meet their specific requirements. 

Adding to it, the company sought a more efficient workflow for managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from application tracking to final interviews. They required a one-stop solution that could take care of their recruitment operations, provide an easy-to-navigate interface for shortlisting candidates, and offer actionable insights into the process to ensure smooth coordination across all hiring stages.

To address their campus recruitment problem, we implemented a curated solution designed to optimize candidate management and streamline their hiring workflow. 

Using Redrob’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SkillForge gained a unified platform to manage applications efficiently. The ATS automatically screened and matched profiles based on specific job criteria, reducing the manual shortlisting efforts of the company by over 60%. Even though this feature was not in our platform we fulfilled the company’s requirement for downloading CVs and providing complete candidate data, including phone numbers, for seamless evaluations and follow-ups. To improve the visibility and coordination of the mass hiring process, Redrob’s Kanban board view offered a clear and interactive overview of the entire interview process by allowing recruiters to track candidates across every stage, from application to final interviews. 

Our job posting portal enabsled the EdTech company to attract candidates across Tier 1–3 colleges, ensuring a consistent influx of applications for their Inside Sales roles. Adding to it, we helped them with customized support by delivering over 1,000 CV files, by fulfilling their requirements. This enhanced the organization's ability to manage its campus recruitment drive efficiently and transparently.
