Senior World is India’s first company dedicated to addressing the comprehensive needs of senior citizens. The company recognizes the rapid growth and changing dynamics of the 60+ demographic. It empowers seniors to lead active and fulfilling lives by encouraging them to pursue their passions, travel, and contribute to society, while also addressing the gaps in India’s current ecosystem of products and services for seniors.




Objective:


The Senior World reached out to Redrob to address its niche hiring needs, specifically targeting the travel industry segment. The objective was to fill over 12+ specialized vacancies and close 5+ diverse positions within a limited timeframe of a few months, ensuring a rapid and effective hiring process to support their expanding operations. 




Challenges:


Senior World encountered significant hurdles in its hiring process. They struggled to connect with qualified candidates in the travel industry, who typically expect competitive salaries. Their job openings attracted fewer applicants due to limited market reach and visibility, making it difficult to quickly and effectively fill specialized vacancies and diverse positions. 

Moreover, the niche requirement for senior positions in the travel industry, coupled with the need for candidates to understand the unique needs and complications of elderly people, further complicated their search. This led to a shortage of qualified candidates, hindering their ability to support their expanding operations.




Strategy:


We at Redrob, provided them with a revamp on the way they operated their Hiring Process. We offered a one-stop platform with a broad range of applicants. The entire manual process was automated from Job Postings to Shortlisting Profiles.


Due to their specific recruitment needs, Redrob assisted Senior World by connecting them with the top 10% of talent. Using a resume parser, they identified candidates with the required skill sets, ensuring they reached out to the most suitable candidates.


Further, through AI-driven Assessments and customization - they curated a well-crafted test that allowed them to assess the selected candidate's actual aptitude. Besides, smart proctoring ensured the authenticity of the test taker - through screen grabs and single-screen usage. 


With this methodology, Senior World was able to filter out candidates for their diverse and unique job openings. This task which was pending for several months, Redrob resolved this within a short period.
