Challenges
The key challenge for the company was to attract qualified candidates with the right technical competencies through organic reach alone, without resorting to expensive paid promotions. While the tech space is crowded with developers, the firm needed to ensure that they received applications from candidates who aligned with their specific technical requirements and company culture.
In addition, efficient candidate management was critical, as the recruitment team needed to sift through a high volume of applicants quickly to meet project deadlines.
Strategy
Upon onboarding the company, Redrob assigned a dedicated point of contact to coordinate the recruitment efforts from start to finish. We implemented a strategy focused on maximizing organic reach through targeted job postings through our dedicated Job Posting feature and we also used popular platforms, such as social media, developer forums, and career websites. Through this dedicated approach and design we were able to attract tech-savvy professionals with the specific skill set required for the Web Developer role.

This streamlined the process of reviewing and shortlisting candidates while ensuring that the company’s requirements were met.
